With less than 42 days before the election, Vote No on 1 Protect Maine Equality is ramping up volunteer events all across the state. Our volunteers in Farmington have been busy talking to progressive voters on the phones and we’ve even been active at the local Farmington Fair. We’ve been getting a great reaction from Mainers so far, but the most surprising thing is the voter confusion over the wording of Ballot Question #1.

If you are unable to spend a week with us in Maine I hope you consider making a donation to the campaign through HRC’s special Maine PAC. As Michael reported earlier, our opponents have already begun flooding the airways with their lies and we need to make sure voters hear from our side before November 3rd.
