Rallies to repeal DOMA held on Saturday
This past Saturday, Join the Impact organized rallies in cities across the country to call for the repeal of the Defense of Marriage Act (DOMA).
For a taste of what happened over the weekend, Karen O'Camb reports at The Bilerico Project on the rally held with the Equal Roots Coalition in West Hollywood (which included a performance of "Prop 8: The Musical") and blogger Emma Ruby-Sachs has posted coverage and photos of the Miami demonstration at 365gay.com. Capitol Hill blog also has photos and coverage of the march held in Seattle.
