UPDATE: Cloture vote on Senate hate crimes bill is scheduled for 10:30 a.m. EST on Thursday

UPDATE: Senator Harry Reid (D-NV) announced today that the cloture vote on the hate crimes legislation is scheduled for 10:30 a.m. tomorrow morning. If we win the required 60 votes, then the Senate will proceed to consideration of the Kennedy-Smith hate crimes amendment.
